I definitely did not understand the basis of this workout when I first started haha. I'm probably cheating by stopping halfway and finishing tomorrow, but I honestly feel like I could pass out if I keep going.

I felt the burn near the beginning, but by the middle and end I wasn't really feeling anything, it was just hard. I think I might need to slow down so I can engage better and use proper form?

can't believe I survived this (lots of cheating but the important is to make it through each time better right?)

I can't keep up when it gets to the roll ups and I get so discouraged cause there's no time to catch up. Got to 10 then couldn't continue

I've never had to do this in a blogilates video before, but I actually had to slow the playback speed to 0.75x on the way "down" the mountain. Hahaha. So, life hack? But hey – I made it!!!

I love this workout. It's was so difficult in not gonna lie. I really thought I was going to die half way. But I did it!! I think the leg lifts and roll ups were hard. My abs are so sore.
