Enjoyed this. Haven't been big into upper body, but now since it feels like the fat is falling right off, I need some upper body to help tone.

Found this helpful and more friendly. Don't usually trust YouTube vids for working out.

I was always decently fit, even joined the Marines, but since the years I've been out I've found it hard to gather the will to exercise on my free time. I'm really hoping to change that. I'm 5'8 probably (at least 210) I look gross and I'm sure the lady wont mind me losing a few 😉
