They are all fat burning – especially the HIIT cardio ones. You can't spot reduce fat, you've got to tackle a well balanced routine & it will melt away if you keep at it.

This is definitely NOT a beginner's exercise. They are hard as hell! The prerequisite to properly performing these is to be able to do at least 30 regular pushups PROPERLY in a row.
