Pup Pilates: How to workout at home with your dog! – blogilates

by YouTube Team

OMG OMG OMG you guys we are doing PUP Pilates with my very first, very own PUPPY!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! This is Sir George The Magnificent! He is the fluffy love of my life! He’s a Pomapoo and currently weighs in at about 4 lbs! I cannot believe that I actually have a dog now. I’ve spent way too many years as #CasseytheDogStalker. Finally, finally, I have a puppy to do PUP Pilates with! I AM SO HAPPY. YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND!

Whenever I try to work out at home with Sir George, he just ends up biting all my fingers and toes, licks my entire face, and pulls on my hair. So, I legit cannot work out with him in the room. So…this prompted me to see what I could do if I worked out with him in my arms!

Today I want you to grab your pet – if you don’t have one, a weight or some object will do – and do these exercises with me! Have fun! Let’s do some DOGILATES!

Workout starts at 3:00!

Here is where I get all of my music! Epidemic Sound:

My outfit & yoga mat are from:

I did this for the first time today with my adopted Chihuahua, Quesadilla. She was so good and did it with me. Except for the clap planks. She walked off to her dog bed. This was so fun and cute to do. Thanks, Cassey!!!!!

DO NOT hold like Cassey is at 1:09 not only is it really uncomfortable for the dog it can do permanent damage to their joints, especially in young growing dogs. Dogs are living beings, not an object to work out with .

don't say owner cause the situation (the sit) would lullaby an animal to sleep esp if they ever had a scary day, won't help even if a "boost" a "hare" in human! behavior. eg. rabbits are "hares" & notice the "hairs" on our "heads" get what i'm telling you "mentally" esp since we can treat animals as 2nd class citizens. give a good spell instead of for "rabbits" "rabbies" "diseases" can come every several years. DO YOU GET IT HUMAN! BEHAVIOR!?
that tornado only 1 happened for 1 day went through 6 states!? i told humans that other things would come. i gave humans out there fair warning. JUST REMEMBER THAT.
