First trimester and this really makes me feel good mashaAllah! I feel lighter and my legs don’t feel heavy and it even helps with digestion cause my digestion is on PAUSE
I love this workout. It always makes me feel good and energetic. It is short so I end up doing this on days I am busy or just feel tired.
I had gained 5kg since the start of my pregnancy (now at 20 weeks) and so my doctor reccomended i get back into fitness after being on bedrest. This made me feel so good.
Been doing your workout, breaking it into 5 mins each time 30-40 post-meal, and it has been controlling my blood sugar so far. I am honestly super lazy to move about, hence this works well for me.
How many trimesters,can we do this exercise. In all the trimesters?

I am underweighted. is it okay to do this exercises ?
31 weeks and going for walks is becoming very painful due to PGP. This is a great alternative, thanks 🙂

I really like this workout perfect for me. I'm 12 weeks not much of an exercise person but I'm trying to be more active walking and now adding this "workout" I feel good afterwards like I'm being active and productive, trying for my baby and i🥰
