39 weeks pregnant today and still workout with you 3/4 times a week. Love the kettlebell workouts, they are my favorite. But the new with weights workouts are also great!

I would love a prenatal workout with modifications for SPD. I'm struggling to find things I can do besides squats in lots of workouts!

Theese excersizes are very easy but gives me many benefits and energy. I am now 17 weeks pregnant and greatful .
