On today’s special episode of XHIT, guest host Andrea Orbeck and fitness trainer Kelsey Lee demonstrate a workout for all of you expecting mothers out there. Often, pregnant women are fearful of either harming their child during a workout, or are afraid their body will get out of control during pregnancy. We’re here to dispel all the myths! It really confuses me when the number at the bottom of the screen isn't the same as what is being done in the video : / Sometimes its not even the same move! These are great workout s though (Rebecca-Louise is my fave trainer!!)
