Do you have a workout video for people who want to workout but have pain? I have some back pain from a previous car accident & for some reason my knees hurt when I do squats (unrelated to the accident lol)

Hi Katie!! Been using so many of your videos for my daily workouts and healthy-living style. I love everything you do to inspire so many women! I had a question for you regarding warm up s, I do this warm up specifically and sometimes even more so every day before I workout. Specifically when I go on my runs, I ALWAYS get cramps in my upper abdomen/lower rib cage area. Are there any specific warm ups you recommend that can prevent this?
