I needed this relaxation after a very intense workout.. Thanks Adriene 🌸
Lovely for the late afternoon here. It has been a nice day, despite only sleeping three and a half hours last night. I felt motivated to go to a bakery where they make nice treats, and procure some warm apple turnovers for my Korean co-workers who work Saturdays. I had planned to take a nap but that never happened. Needless to say, I was dozing a bit during this. Enjoy!

My body needed some movement today so I swapped from this practice filmed here in England 🏴 for Yoga For Flexibility, that wonderful loving stretchy practice, so beneficial for this senior yogi. My mat is a happy place 🙏 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕 (looks like Halloween week ! 👻🎃😊)
