When it comes to squats & deadlifts, Wendler 531 with the Boring But Big add-on sucks. That said, if you can man up & stick with it, it brings about all kinds of strength gains. This was my squat day from week 4 and I smashed another rep PR with 14 reps @ 127.5kg (281lbs). It’s fair to say that I found this tiring.
