153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA
I had a busy week of fun and food so I took a break from my usual yoga streak. Officially coming back to my mat today and this was exactly what I need. I feel energised and motivated at the same time. Thank you!! 🤍

Did this practice before starting work. Just like Adriene promised, the short practice packed a punch and even made me sweat quite a bit. It has something of everything – core work, upper body, obliques and also a little bit of leg work with those downward dog variations. Loved it. Mind and body are now loose and fresh to start the day. Let's go!

Again this senior yogi made adjustments in this practice, swapping the shoulder taps and side plank stretches for some freestyle and peddling so I could enjoy the one legged dogs and lovely lizard moves. And also I could enjoy those beneficial yogi bicycles at the end on our backs, to build my senior core strength 😃👍 and you were right Adriene, no jerking around, just smooth and mindful does it for me. Only 2 days left of Reset 🤔 I have my STILL calendar ready 😉 🙏 ….. 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♂️🙏💕

YES! This felt nowhere near as difficult as it did 2 months ago. The weather is much cooler for one thing but I feel so much stronger! I managed both side planks with no kick stand and didn't cave in on bicycles! FEELING STRONG! Reset September 2021 day 28 🥰

FYI, I am on my boyfriends account at the moment, but I had to stop for part of this because the downward dog movement hurt my hands and wrists so much. Is there a way to get past this? I have been doing yoga online for about 3 months now. Thanks!

I love your dog. He's thinking 'you go ahead. Don't worry it won't bother my sleep'. Lol I have been taking Yoga classes for several months. I'm a 61 yr old male who is in very good shape but not very flexible. I'm giving Adriene's sessions a shot. I like that most are 20 to 30 minutes long so that I can do 2 different sessions back to back. Thank you for this Adriene.
