I did this standing rather than sitting, is that ok. I tend to sit a lot with my job, still felt like it was helping.

This is a great way to maintain good posture. I try to do this one everyday. Feels great. Its the one I start off with and than do 1 or 2 of your other exercises each day. Thank you Lucy. You are amazing.

I have on/off neck and upper back pain and nothing ever helps with that. I did this and one 4 min arm workout yesterday and this morning pain was gone!! Amazing!

Thank you for this video. My posture is so bad after I had my child last year and this video is really helping me. Also your 7 minute workouts really help with excess weight around my stomach. You are helping me get my confidence back, thank you so much, you are amazing.
I doubt you will see this question, but I ask it anyway. How should one breathe during this excersies? Inhale when pushing arms back and exhale when push your arms in from of you, or is it the other way around (inhale when pushes arms in front and exhale when push arms back?) (sorry for my bad english, english is not my first language).
