Hey Coach I got a question while doing the wall angles should our lower back needs to be on the wall or does it needs to be arched cuz I'm trying to keep it on the wall but I can't put my arms flat on the wall while trying to do that, So when I try to keep my arms flat on the wall my lower back arches. So I'm confused, So is it Arched lower back or flat on the wall lower back

DONT DO THE SUPERMAN!! PLEASE. It causes pressure on your spine and will cause serious back and spine issues long term.
