The second in a series of short, safe and simple post-natal exercises. You can exercise in the comfort of your home or on the go. The exercises are easy to learn with tips on how to perform the exercise correctly to get the most benefit out of the move. All nine exercises last a minute with options for a pram or front pack – video includes timer. Level 2 includes Push-ups, Mac Raises, Hovers and more, and once you feel comfortable with completing the work-out three times, you can move up to Level 3.
