I love your channel! Thank you for providing all of this excellent content. I am a runner and cross train with your workouts! I would love to see any runner specific workouts that could help with strength and flexibility.
Also, if you could address over training. After having an injury that took me out of running for a few months, I am ultra aware (maybe even overly) of avoiding injury due to over training.
Honestly I love all that you guys have put out, and am glad you are taking a rest. There are PLENTY of videos for me to use in the meantime! 🙂
