I'm not someguitarphreak but I can give you my experience! I'm 5'7", 118 lbs, 17. I take very very tiny water breaks in between! I try to do them all while my heart rate is up otherwise the workout isn't as effective, or so I've been told (correct me if I'm wrong?). Ultimately, it's up to YOU. If you wanna do 2 in the morning the rest in the afternoon, if thats how your schedule works, go ahead! You will eventually build up that strength to push forward. 🙂
i couldn't find mine so i just the best i could for today, just doing the moves but squeezing my arm muscles :/
They aren't that expensive, you should try to buy one.
That is a really great idea! I just used my resistance band, but weights would work really well too!

How do I do this one without resistance bands? Should I sub the moves with push-up variations, or should I sub the bands with weights?
I used light weights instead and it went great! 🙂

i had a chair with heavy books but i was still nervous it would give out and hit me

if anyone else working out indoors has the stretchy loop type resistance bands, i looped mine over a long door handle, since I don't have any poles handy lol
