This is legit worse than your "noawadays" butt workouts! I had to grasp my yoga mat. 2012 Cassey was absolutely crazy banana insane, no doubt about that! I can't help but love and admire her confidence though, she has guts doing that in a very public place!!!
had to keep pausing this, used 1.0lb ankle weights – go down to 0.5lbs next time!
7 years later and this is still the hardest bodyweight butt workout on YouTube!

Even doing the moves without being lifted up was burning.
This is so hard!!!
Way to hard for total beginners 🙁 i could barely manage to do this moves, not bc i did not want to challenge myself but i just can't lift my butt with only one leg ;-;

Omg, WHAT WAS THAT?! This is by far the most difficult Blogilates workout! I never take breaks… it was now necessary for me to take a break after every move. 😳
Now everytime I see this workout on the calendar it will send a shiver down my spine.

This one still is so challenging to me. But each time I do it, I am able to take less breaks. Only had to set down my butt once but took no rest and got right back in.
Day 15!! My right inner thigh is so much more sore than my left. I had to break alot on that side. But I unfinished it😊
1-15-20 workout is still so hard.

Hopefully I get better at this workout thing! I had to stop and take a lot of breaks during this and then I would come back and finish the video 😭😭😭

15/01/2020! Still impossible, had to stop because I felt like I was about to pull my hamstrings.. Didn't even feel it in my butt, just right under it/top of hamstrings

I felt this workout everywhere except my butt. 🙁
Here from day 15 of the #2020challenge and I gotta say, I didnt feel mut booty burning until the end. My lower thighs were on fire. And cramping up. I kept adjusting me feet and my position hoping it was maybe just bad form. But no matter what I did, the same area kept hurting. Oh well. At least one area was feeling it.
