I started doing Blogilates May 2020 and this is my first time doing this one. Killer but fun!
These exercises are good but this patter is profoundly silly. WHY would anyone go on a trip for a shoot without knowing what is there? Stick to talking about exercises please.

hey Hey HEYYY I'M BACK. I'm in for this😂
So I'm getting back into working out and my friend suggested these videos. Over a year ago I had major knee surgery and I am still trying to loose weight for my knee problems. I'm happy I was able to get through this whole video with only skipping the first exercise on the left side. That's the knee I had the surgery on so I am still unable to have it in a position where I have it bent and sitting on it. I know my limits and I will keep doing this and hopefully sometime I will be able to do that exercise on the left side.
I first started Blogilates 2 years ago, and I absolutely COULD NOT do Obliquatories… Now, I'm able to do everything in this entire video!!!! 🙈🤯🎊🤣🎉 I've definitely gotten alot stronger, more toned, and have lost weight, just by doing cardio pilates 💕 my gosh, I love Cassey so much!!! I can't believe I did this without any breaks, it used to be painful and so difficult! Anyone out there struggling, please don't give up!! I thought about it many times, and I'm so thankful I didn't. Your body will take however long it needs, but it'll happen if you just give it that time. You can do it! ❤️ I believe in you, please believe in you too! 🙏😊
