POP Pilates: BODYPOP! HIIT Bodyweight Workout – blogilates

This is one SUPER INTENSE bodyweight workout created by fitness instructor Cassey Ho. HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio blasts, and tough bodyweight routine. Grab 2 towels for the towel climber part and get on a slick surface like a kitchen floor or hardwood floor.

I did this 3 times, just one more round to do.. It became my favourite cardio workout, so effective !
