Mike, thankyou for your videos, I enjoy them very much and Iam impressed at how much you give to people.
keep enriching the universe with your experience and knowledge and it will keep giving back to you in abundance.
I was wondering if you could make a video on your experience with any injuries especially back injuries via squatting or deadlifting and how you came back from them and avoid getting them. It a very common problem with people getting injured but no one whos been through it gives a good account of how they come back squatting strong again and avoid any reinjuries.
