Hey Scott, is this meant to be a cardio / stretching routine? If not enitrely cardio what would you recommend? It other wise looks great, is this something for everyday or recommended for a 3 per week cycle?

I do something similar maybe once a week. But I call it a maintenance workout kind of like doing calisthenics. But nobody would see any significant changes in there body doing this type of training. Even though is serves a purpose. Not hating at all bro, keep up the hard work. Check out my training vids

It's a good workout routine, Intensity will be the key in order to make it work. Just not sure if this guy would be the person that I would want teaching me how to get stronger. He seems to have some "basic" knowledge. His body type tells me that he doesn’t do very much strength training, and his core seems a bit suspect. Good for a person that wants t to stay busy. So thumbs up on that note but…

One legged squats aren't that easy 🙁

These are great exercises for endurance and functional strenght, but I wouldn't call them plyometric exercises. Plyometrics is a very overused term. 'Plyo's' are about explosiveness. Highly explosive movements at a steep angle in the shortest amount of time possible. Even that is really a simplified explanation.

hi Scot,

Recently I watched a few of your videos and I love 'em.
But i've got a few questions if you don't mind.
First for me the length of each individual exercize is a bit short is it ok to lenghten them to 90 sec?
Second I'm quite used to exercizes wich incorporate an active and a passive part.
E.g. crunches in which you first got to hold the crunch for a minute and then do actively.
Do you have some similar exercizes?
Diederik

Scott,
I'm 46 years old, was out of work for 10 months due to injury. After bicycling to get back moving, I am now starting to work out with your videos. From 205# down to 180#, looking for 165#. My four daughters age 8 to 13 are now training with me. Your attitude and personnality is just what we needed…….Thank you Scott and Sean!!!!!

Happy I discovered this video clip. Appreciate Youtube due to this type of information.

My best friend had been bullied. He explained he was going to get bigger. I chuckled… Right up until out of thin air he added 40 pounds of absolute muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. He does not get bullied anymore. 🙂 I actually registered the other day. See what the results are. Plus this guys emails are great…
