PLANKS !!! My usual plank is usually only 30 seconds, maybe a minute if I'm really pushin myself. Would love for that to be no sweat, and to get back to doing a 90 sec!

Planks! I prefer a full arm extended plank because the forearm plank always hurts my lower back more. I can hold for a minute!
