Full 30-Minute Pilates Total Body Workout Video Routine! Get a dynamic, total body sculpting and slimming workout with this 30-Minute Pilates routine for all levels. We’ll use a flat resistance band for some of the exercises, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry! You can substitute light hand weights or simply use just your body weight for the exercises too – you’ll still get a great workout!

Level: All

Equipment: A mat, a flat resistance band (can be done using light dumbbells or just body weight instead)

Intensity: Moderate

Sculpt and strengthen your abs, arms, shoulders, chest, back, thighs, core, stomach, inner thighs, butt, glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, triceps, biceps, upper back with exercises like:

Another fabulous workout, Jessica! I've done this one before, but it's been a long time. As the workout progressed, I remembered doing some of the moves before, such as the one on all fours where we push the leg back behind us, and a few others. I can tell I've gotten much stronger since then. Thanks for such an amazing selection of workout options!

Wow Jessica what an excellent session! I am a Pilates teacher in the U.K. and there are so many good features in your workout. Your form is perfect and your teaching "cues" really add to your demonstrations. 👏 Just a thought though…if you could call the exercises by their name as you change them it would make it easier to link them to the list you give for the session. Many thanks!!

Day 19 of #FourweekFusionFebruary and this routine was a great start to my day. I always enjoy it, find it a sneaky challenge and feel my abs the next day. I am so pleased that this is on the February rotation as I just don’t get to do this fabulous routine enough. I really enjoy using my resistance band and need to use it more.

Looks easy, but I was sweating till I got done. This was exactly what I was looking for. I can't do the jumping around anymore, this was great. And I loved the 🐕 big dog ❤️ here

What a difference four years can make! I remember doing this one when it came out and I did not like it. But this may have gotten to realize that slower movements can actually be more beneficial for your body. So I tried it again today and I felt it and I loved it! Hooray for forward movement toward a better self💖

I can not believe how much I sweated and I didn't jump once! Brilliant. This was my first attempt at a Pilates workout, my balance is just terrible but I'm going to try and keep at it.

I always enjoy this routine. I am doing this at the moment as I am doing Jessica’s Four Weeks of Fusion Challenge. I do hope that it is on her latest Calm and Strong challenge too. I like this one because it is quite a sneaky routine and is more challenging than it looks.

Bought a resistance band today, found your video, did the workout, and was very surprised that I could do it all, a little unstable on the balance, but all in all I loved it…not bad for a 70 year old 😊

I compared them both and homebodybuilders .com/bands is literally 10 times more effective, versatile and even cheaper.

Really comprehensive workout! Every muscle group in my body is energized and strengthened. Jessica's use of the band is careful but potent, and I loved the extra tips she gives to remind us how to hold our Pilates ab muscles in place and use those in each exercise. So glad I had a few extra minutes today to do this excellent variation on the typical Pilates workout. Thank you, Jessica!
