Thanks Daniel! This was great because I had an emotionally exhausting stressful day yesterday. This felt so good today to have me get going for the day. A good reminder I don't have to exert myself everday, just get moving.

I just don't understand why making those circles and leg liftts are so hard? Does that simply mean in those areas my muscles are weak? I sweat!
