It was burning but unable to do the pulses buy anyway it burn just did it for the first time

Love your workouts – I have several bookmarked and I do them repeatedly, just wish there was a lot less talking…instruction at the beginning the exercise and a countdown at the end is all I need.

After having knee surgery and frequent knee niggles, my PT always recommends Pilates. Kelli and Daniel are the best. My legs, hips and core are stronger and leaner and it changes your posture for the better. I love FB Pilates workouts and use various ones 4 times a week. Trying to get my husband (with back problems) hooked. I know it will work for him too. Thanks FB, you are literally lifestyle savers ❤️❤️ I would not be able to run without you. Keep the videos coming. 👍

Why do you have to inhale when u r crunching for example? My body wants to do it the other way around always.
Does it really make a difference?

This is a sleeper. I took last week off from strength training and completed this Thursday with resistance bands when able. My quads and core are still sore. Give it a go!

I've never done pilates before but I'm doing yoga and I find that many moves in this video are the same as what I do in my yoga class.

FitnessBlender, what should I do If I cant do small leg circles , like I cant force my leg to stay up, your leg is 90 degrees and mine is 60, I feel a cramp also when doing it, do you know somme exercises to help me ? :/ , The other exercises are not a problem btw
