it's a GREAT excersize! Only problem is you are wearing too much clothes, we can't see your body shape!

I love your pilates workouts. I would love a longer one though. 1 hour would be perfect! Thank you for all of your effort in making these fantastic workouts.

I am a 32 year old makeup artist/hair dresser and was just diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease. Lower back region L5-S1 area. This video worked wonders on my core with out too much strain on the lower back. If you know anything about this disease, maybe you could do a core workout based on that disease and the best ways to strengthen my core!! Thanks just subscribed!! 🙂

It didn't feel very vigorous. I've never attempted pilates before, are they supposed to not burn like crazy? Or is it me? No offense to FitnessBlender, I love the videos and it probably is me ;-;

Hi really enjoy your clear, easy to follow workouts! Has this replaced the 17 minute beginners Pilates which had the bridge and shoulder slaps (?)and some different leg routines? That one was perfect for me. I thought I had saved it but this played instead and is harder on my back than the other one. Hope you can help me locate it. Thanks for all you do!

I'm sure I'm doing it wrong, but the oblique workout really hurts my hips. Even laying on my side like that can hurt my hips. It feels like my hip bone is right under my skin in some places and these exercises put direct pressure on my bones and it doesn't feel very good. Plus I move around to try to relieve the pressure, so I'm probably not working my obliques out very well.

This is great, really helped my back after lifting the baby all day long. However, I realised how weak my lower abs are damn. 😀

This is also a good workout for your upper legs and butt…especially if your abs and lower back are weak, lol.

I’ve been experiencing lower back pain from having 2 kids. I suspected it was due to my weakened core. I have been doing this everyday for two weeks, and what a difference it has made!!! Thank you Fitness Blender!!
