I've recently just found out your channel and I love the work outs you do. Some of them are hard for my age others I really enjoy and they make me laugh as it hurts 😂😂 For my birthday I got a lot of workout gear for my birthday so i can workout better in cloths. Xx

Hi Lucy I'm just after some advice I have disc degenerating disease ive had 2 spinal ops I'm now back to work and started cycling to get fitter I'd like to know is there any excercises I can do at home as I watch you with Anna but some of the exercises are to hard for me to do but wud like to try something as well as my cycling thanks 😀

I had to laugh out loud when you changed the potion size from check book to iPhone! I still keep a check book and ledger, haha! This was a very helpful video! Thank you!!
