@OmarIsuf I just started bulking. I get what you're saying about skinnier guys in this video. BUT, what about on the days that you don't hit the gym( rest days )? Are you supposed to eat the same amount of calories as you would if you were going to the gym that day? What's your take on this? Thanks in advance man.
skinny guys always think they are eating a lot. just because you can polish a pizza off in one sitting doesnt mean you are eating a lot…being its likely the only meal of the day lol

I actually prefer to make my own weight gainer. I mix things like protein powder, pb, oatmeal and greek yogurt in a blender. It's delicious and it's more geared to what I want in a shake than something premade. I do find shakes make it easier for me to pack the calories down.
i ran a half marathon today…calculated i had to eat about 5000 kcal…cooked 650g (dry) pasta a…prepared some tomato sauce with thuna and sat down after i already had 3 meals today …it was i rough fight but right now i am looking at an empty bowl! going to reward myself with some icecream! 🙂 just make your food taste good an eat it!

That's my problem with calories too. I am so used to eating the minimal amounts. Then there are times when I can eat a shitload at ease. and still be hungry 10 minutes later. My problem is it feels like my pancreas is crying for help when I force myself to eat a lot more than average, causing me to scale back.
Oatmeal protein snack bars are also good. They are very easy to make. Buy nuts too to go with your snacking in between meals.

Will there come a point in time where your body actually gets used to consuming 3k calories daily? Or is this something that will always remain hard, even if you do it with all the time? Because I won't lie, I'm pretty fuckin' skinny. It was tough for me to go from 120-160lbs at 5'10, and now I'm wanting to hit 190-200lbs and it's WAY more difficult, especially since I'm considering a 6k daily diet. (Which may be too much, but was advised to me by ex-Mr.Oklahoma, Charles Colaw.)

yeah you kinda get used to it, it just becomes a habbit. i wouldnt say you enjoy it at a point but after a few month of consistent overeating you get used to it. also eating big meals overtime actually increase youre stomach size check out furious pete lol.

1 liter milk, 1 spoon serious mass, 100g oatmeal, 2 bananas, 5 tablespoons olive oil.. 2x a day + eating and come back at me if you cant gain weight lol

i have my struggles too with getting dat dere cal surplus everyday and what i find very helpful is getting alot cal liquid. i usually get 2 huge shakes with 2k cal each + regular eating just trying to eat as much as possible. also increasing healthy fats is a option, for that i take some kind of juice, orange juice seems to work good and i put fat in it like olive oil, flaxseed oil whatever and drink it like liquor. you can get crazy amounts of cal that way in seconds lol
im an endorph eating 2500 cals , that's a bulk for me , i gain alot of muscle but again i might gain alot of fat too , for you ectromorph you need 2500 will be a cutting diet , everybody type has its ups and down , you guys"ecto": dont get fat but you need to eat alot to gain muscle , and us endo we gain muscle fast but we need to watch how much we eat . its a battle for everybody , expect freaking mestomorph , those lucky bastards 😛

i do what he said about eating a lot one day and nothing the next. I remember eating like 4500 calories then the next day i ate like 1500…#hardgainerproblems

it only applies to skinny lean kids who cant gain fat or muscle, it doesnt aplly for skinny fat, if skinny fat were to pick up the fork too much they would just get fat, you cannot bully your body into building.more muscle by eating more and more
I made all of these mistakes when I first tried to gain weight/muscle. Tracking macros diligently fixed it all. It's harder than I thought to eat just 200 extra calories over maintenance, but easy to do with a little bit of planning! Don't give up, fellow hardgainers!
