I think Bonac and Roelly are going to turn some heads this year. Bonac was a contender last year and Roelly had made insane changes for the better since training at Oxygen. It's not just about these two guys.

I have thought this for a while and will standby it until proven otherwise: Ramy will never win until he brings his quad size down and the separation up. His quads always DWARF his calves to the point of his legs looking massively uneven. Calves arent gonna get much bigger at this point, so he needs to reduce the quad size in order to balance it out. THEN he'd have an actual shot at beating Phil. This is also coming from someone who desperately wants to see Phil lose

Why don't we talk about Bonac much? I personally think Bonac has a much better physique than Ramy. He's more balanced, proportioned, etc and If someone is to beat Phil, I think Bonac deserves that honour. With that being said – I think Phil's physique will be dialed in this year and he will win the title.

I don't like Big Ramy's physique. He doesn't have shredded 'structure'. Phil Heath got shredded structure. Kai Greene has thick skin but he's got crazy shredded structure. Even if Big Ramy cut down weights he'll still have those round, not so much going on body. He needs to have deep separations, needs to do some full body workout so his entire body parts flow.

Big Ramy's legs look like crap. Terrible shape. Gargantuan but high inserted quads and ugly calves. His upper body is massive but not amazing either. What's going on with that neck beard too?? Can't believe he beat out William Bonac last year. A travesty.
