I had been doing Chloe ting's work out since the lockdown started last March 2020 and until right at this moment. It's been a tough year but she made it a lot easier for me. I don't feel that anxious anymore on how bad the situation is because I always feel good on how far I had changed physically and mentally with these exercises. I am forever grateful.

Do you ever post like the transcript/ list of the workout in text?? After a while after I do the same workout a few times, I like to listen to my own music at the gym! (Sorry I know you make money off of us rewatching them!!)
