Can skipping be done during periods
We should do skipping or not during our period time
on my period too and walked/jogged over 4 miles today in my white dobok (taekwondo uniform)
What if I have my period and I have my game in taekwondo which is sparring. Am I allowed to play sparring?

Yes, approx one and half years ago when I was not doing heavy exercises i felt severe pain some time it feels like I will die of pain but from last 7 to 8 months I am doing heavy workout for one hour approx 5 to 6 days a week and now I am feeling better my pain has gone up to seventy to eighty percent😊

Yes initially when I was not active I suffer from severe period pain plus after cooperating workout it minimal the pain including flow as well

I can't exercise while on my period now because i had nausea and vomiting plus headache .. I hate this feeling.. 😓 i can't do my daily exercise but after this period i will gonna push myself harder to do my workout routine
Yes I do experience pains so that is why I don't exercise so now I no better thanks a lot.
I started to continue exercising even on my period (though light ones) when I observed that it really reduced my period pains and often times there is none. Otherwise I'd have literally been lying on the cold hard ground sobbing my intestines out 😆 Also it feels so good post workout during periods 🔥👏
Honestly, when I'm puking for 3 days, I'm not working out. Exercise hasn't helped the pain from endometriosis and fibroids.
I cannot even get off my bed while on my period i get HORRIBLE cramps even taking pain relief pills doesn’t work. I just roll and cry on my bed

I am having periods for 4 years now I've never experienced cramps, I'm 15 years old and I exercise 5-6 times a week and it helps to 🔥my mood.
The change in period pain over the years might also be because your body is simply changing. My pain has been getting worse these last years, and i actually exercise more than i used to as a teenager. I don't exercise a lot, but as a teenager, i didn't at all. I wouldn't say "Do your exercises as usual when you're on your period". If you're tired and in pain, you need to rest.
But i agree that mild yoga does great, instead of just watching netflix or instagram in my bed, which doesn't make me feel better. 😛
6 to 4 days I feel like crap, I think every woman is different. I don’t do anything,I I take my time of 1 week, 3 days before period and 3 days during period . If you feel sick , bloated , diarrea , bad mood , hungry , back pain , tender breast etc take it slow . 😊

Honestly walking is the only thing that eases period cramps I can't do intense work outs it hurts

I'm going to try them out, I actually got my periods earlier than 11 and I've been having alot of Dysmenorrhea ( period cramps/pain ) The first day it always goes so overboard that I need to take tablets. I always stop exercising during my period thinking it would hurt me even more. I am going to try exercising daily now! * probably not consistently *
