Sooo happy I came straight to the mat this morning. I need it for my mind, body, and soul. My soul feels peaceful today. I miss you all and thankful for this community. Thank you Adriene and may there be peace with all of you. ✌🏽🙏🏽

Peace in our thoughts, peace in our words and peace in our hearts -beautiful. I think I will finish every yoga session with those words/thoughts from now on
I wanted to share some goals I came up with after this practice. I took some time to ruminate on the term PEACEFUL WARRIOR, and then I spent some time thinking about words that go along with PEACEFUL and words that go along with WARRIOR. Then I glued some of the words together and came up with some things I plan to use as mantras… Maybe when Adriene asks us to set an intention for the practice or when I decide to do that myself. Anyways, here are some things I wanted to share after this rumination:
I aspire…
To use SLOW ACTION.
To stand in an ACCEPTING POSITION.
To walk with GROUNDED DETERMINATION.
To provide STEADY and STEADFAST STRENGTH.
To feel FIERCELY CALM.
To HUMBLY TRUST.
To RELIABLY LOVE.

Wow, my body reaaaally loved this. Woke up after a night filled with strange and horrible nightmares and had so much anxiety. Now, after this yoga practice, I feel so much better.
