I loved the abs day and reallyenjoy the variety, but suffer with dizziness if you do more than 2 head down exercises in each half. So if you do more could you offer an alternative.. Plus…. I am a BeaverScout leader and did PE with Badger on Saturday morning during our Campin. 6/8 Beavers do your workout, so we did all their favourite exercises, and they weren't all the easy ones….

I really enjoy theses exercises, however, I have a bad knee (Motor vehicle accident)and can't walk upstairs and have trouble doing the squatting exercises and any twisting of the knee. Is there an exercise I can do to replace these exercises?

Hi Joe! I LOVED this workout (finally caught up with it today)! My favourite to date. I really enjoyed doing alternate abs and cardio (plus there weren't loads of things impacting on my knees. Spiderman lunges and lunge jumps are making my knees scream this week!). More like this one please!! Thanks for these workouts. I can feel and see a huge difference after these two months. 🙂 Big love to you xx
