Nick what did u think of the classic bodybuilder brian Buchanan he competed in the late 80s had the smallest waist of any top pro and amazing v taper. My friend competed against him at 1980 Mr Britain as a junior and he was incredible Eva back then but no info of his current activity
Nick what is your opinion on pete sisco, john little and max-static contraction type of training….also has anybody used it/seen results? i believe mike mentzer on his very late days advocated such type of training.
Take out his calves, dude was a brick shithouse. Ripped for the 70s. I don't know if you can handicap his steroid usage, though. It's not a given that anyone who lifts and does steroids will end up with 20" arms. By any reasonable standard, this guy had some big ass arms. At 5'6" and ripped to shreds, 185 is pretty damn big. He probably walked around at 210, and wasn't fat.
Do something on John Decola. He is still around in his late 70's and still looks great. He was a Mr America back in 1969 where he stood on stage with Arnold when Arnold won the Universe.
Idc if they are or aren't on the juice, i just want to see beautiful physiques, but if you can get some awesome naturals maybe, that'd be lit. Still a great video though.
Neve had relatively short triceps (of the long head), giving him the 'appearance' of having a less developed triceps in terms of size alone. His biceps were very long, as you can see with the very short length of his distal biceps tendon. His well-developed arms all told were of a very pleasing shape, I think. Thanks for the video. David
If Neve would not have been injured when he got hit by a car while on his bicycle while training I do not think Frank Zane would have won his first Olympia in 1977.
Holy shit. Been looking for this specific bodybuilder for a while. At, last, his name is found. I remember this guy when I first found out about his height back in 2005, cuz he was the most aesthetic bodybuilder for a short guy. Reminds me of Dexter Jackson. This is the look I want to achieve naturally for my 5’6 frame.
