Salam, Honestly when I started I did over training everyday without allowing the muscle to heal- it caused me injury and a lot of painful future workouts, I learned it the hard way. Mike should emphasize on what to do after the work out, how much to sleep, and how long to rest before you work the same muscle again – cheers

hi Mike I trained triceps doing skull crushers with dumbells using 15lbs and 25lbs and the 60 pound bar I did as many sets as I could and today I feel pain in my triceps why does the mean

Mike im glad you made this video, I just realized I was doing the close grip pull down the wrong way from the back overtraining program, I was using the wrong bar. thanks!!!… the workouts be maxing me out… Good shit!!

keep posting man, im getting back into working out but hard to find someone to train me properly since im used to unorthodoxed training. itake qhat ican from people but industry is against people who workout like this. was used to doing thousand or so pushups a day not many agree with that
