Salam, Honestly when I started I did over training everyday without allowing the muscle to heal- it caused me injury and a lot of painful future workouts, I learned it the hard way. Mike should emphasize on what to do after the work out, how much to sleep, and how long to rest before you work the same muscle again – cheers

It's the natural process creation in the body ,there is no other way … Girls seem more stronger when they train. I think they have high agility then strength training really enhances them.
