pointer: push the head forward and through shoulders towards top of movement.

Change the angle of your wrists. The bar should rest on your forearms (bar low in the palm). Not stretching the shit out of them, keep doinn that and an injury will come. And dont forget to shrug at the top of the movement to avoid wear between the bones of the scapula and arm
