Why would you not recommend box SQ for an assistance exercise for low bar SQ? I was reading an article by juggernaut training systems and they said box SQ will help a lot with leg drive for the DL.

Well, working out to look good is often where it starts. I used to be skinny as shit (but athletic) and working out "fixed" that for me. However, I progressed and evolved to a point that I'm strong as hell and muscular without focusing on how big my biceps are. I could care less about the size of my chest, as long as I can press some big weights it's all fine and dandy. I can't stand the very muscular looking bb types that can't do shit with their all show but no go muscles. 🙂
Take it slow and easy and look into a powerlifting type training vs a bodybuild split and you'll gain plenty of muscle (not bloated size, but actual powerful muscle). This channel has all you need. 🙂
Measure your progress by the weights lifted as opposed to the circumference of your arms. 🙂

the acceleration DUE to gravity is.. an.. accleration. Gravity refers to the gravitational FORCE. the attractive force between any two objects that have mass. has nothing to do with the core of the Earth.

I have this problem myself and the thing that's helping me most at the moment is seeing my progress in the gym every week. That sense that I'm achieving something I can be proud of. I've got a LOOOONG way to go still (only about 14 weeks in) but its already helped me a ton. In short, do something you can be proud of.
