Flash freeze marinated grilled chicken in bulk-cut into cubes for easy portioning, & do this when it's on sale to save money on organic chicken breasts! Or also boil it and make shredded chicken for salads all week, & definitely soft boil eggs & peel right away! & edamame, & freeze bananas. Make guacamole and freeze in ice cube trays then transfer to freezer bag when avocados are all ripe at once!

Just did my shopping for week 2 of Bikini Series and I found a great way to keep my leafy greens fresh. I use 3 collard green leaves per Bikini Wrap, so I have them stored laying flat, 3 at a time, in a large freezer bag. I place a small paper towel strip between them to soak up any condensation from the fridge through the week, and my greens are good to go for the work week. I also chop up my kale and store it the same way, with as much air as possible pressed out. It lasts so long! Remember to put a little water in the container with your chopped carrots, peppers, etc. to keep them from drying out too much through the week. About to make my Blueberry Chia muffins – can't wait!

Crockpot chicken!! I make it every week, just take chicken breasts and whatever seasonings you like. I like salsa, and put it on low for 5-6hrs, shred it and you can use it for salads, wraps, etc. 😍😍😍

As a vegan, I like to prep a big pot of a protein-packed grain like bulgur, to use for dinners! 💜

When I buy spinach, I always put half or even more of it to a bag and freeze it, not just to smoothies, but for any foods I´d like to add spinach to. It´s easier to have it in the freezer. Same way with brocoli or any kind of veggies that come in bigger packages/pieces that I could not eat in few days.
I also cook quinoa or rice in advance and have it the fridge.

My tip: I've been using the pre portioned snack ziplock bags for my healthy snacks. Makes it so handy to grab on the go as well as make sure I don't eat more snacks than I should! Thanks for your tips ladies!

I like to go ahead and portion out little baggies of nuts, chips, carrots etc so that if I'm ever in a rush, I still grab the right portion size instead of grabbing too much!
