Tiffany I loved this, sometimes we need to be reminded that we have to think it in order to achieve it.  Thank you so much for this video, I need to listen to it daily.  I sometimes get in the mindset of I'm not _________,and I could just fill in the blank with whatever (skinny enough, pretty enough, smart enough, etc.).  This video will help me free my mind so the rest will follow.  Thank you Tiffany.

Tiffany por cuanto tiempo al dia recomiendas hacer? A veces yo lo hago de 30 a 40 minutos y si puede llego a la hora, dime esta bien que me entrene asi? Ay veces entreno los 5 dias a la semana, pero cuando termino me da mucha hambre y no se que comer; ayudame con un consejo de que puedo comer luego de entrenar por favor
