You should look into The Little Book of String Theory. It gets into relativity, black holes, quantum gravity and of course string theory. You'll probably like it.
Another physicist to look into is Hakeem Oluseyi. He has a great interview on the Nerdist podcast about his life and how he became a theoretical physicist.
Since you keep getting all these universe questions and are a fan of Einstein. What do you think Einstein would think of the String Theory? It seems the theory of Relativity can fit inside the string theory.
