Hey Scott i know my reaction has nothing to do with this video but i have a question.
For the dumbel shoulder press is it neccesary that the back pad must be at 90 degrees or is 80 degrees also good? When its at 90 degrees my back is arching more.

Scott I have a request brother! Can you come up with a circuit that is specific for athletes who need a lot strength without putting on bulk, IE boxers? Mainly targeting core, legs , tries and shoulders? Or if anyone has anything hit me up!

@sakoking I've transitioned from the same thing. Trust me it's a great idea. You won't screw up your physique. I didn't. I retained all my muscle. AND burned fat off. Good luck
