I love you! I need advice regarding working out. I haven't done it in so long.. I think my muscles atrophied to the point of almost nothing. I am trying to get back into and it is incredibly difficult. Right now pushups are near impossible and I feel that because of that, my workout is pretty much a failure. What advice can you give me? Maybe alternatives to the ones I can't do atm? Ex: Pushups, squats, and ab planks are my hardest.
Also if you have financial advice.. I am in a rather dire situation trying to get into my respiratory therapy program at my school which requires me not to work at all. My bills amount to almost $16,000 a year. A financial advisor suggested I could take out credit cards to pay my bills for the year I couldn't work.
