Have a question for you.

Why the heck someone should wont to cut calories in half?
Food is for giving us calories otherwise is a junk. Starvation. Death.

If you want to cut your calories in half, just eat in half (less).
Old religious FEAST methods.

Food addiction wont go away with "half calories", in the contrary eating light means possibility to eat more and more, becoming addicted.

Cutting in half  , why not 100%  down food calories, is POINTLESS, the way it is pointless to produce TASTY DRINKS with 0% calories (diet coke).

ALL FOODS with 0 CALORIES are POINTLESS by the nature of our body and by the nature of our logic.

This method was first presented by scientists at a meet (according to a video on youtube) and they only claimed a 10-12 per cent reduction in calories vs your 50 per cent!

Golly Gee if abc says it's true, Shirley it must be true. And you add the fact that it's based on mohammidan ''science'' really makes it true. You know the old adage:  NEVER allow a mohammidan to operate anything more complicated than two pencils.

My family and I eat rice at least once a week. We are the slimmest people in our family. 😂. It's probably in my genes too, because my dad had always been the slimmest of his brothers (he got my grand father's genes)

Sorry, I'm not confident with data from research from a third world country like Sri Lanka. That's a country that needs to eat more rice because everyone there is so thin.

there is nothing wrong with eating rice if your doing it in moderation!
a cup of rice will be in a caloric rate of 205 plus what ever you added to the rice to taste good.
i always add 25 calories for the salt and the butter -which is 1 tab of butter and if i dont have that then i use oil and i make sure i dont drown the rice with oil.

if we just focus on the exercise more than the diet ,we will see fantastic results!!!!

So there’s over 200 cal in a cup of white rice. There’s over 100 cal in a tablespoon full of coconut oil. I just don’t seeThe difference here. Looks like you’re only saving like 50 cal or so.

The calorie from the coconut oil was not absorbed because it became part of the resistance starch, indigestible hence not absorbed
