Oh my god! Love this workout! My heart rate increased like crazy! I did 35 reps in 1 minute. I will do this 5 times a day. Easy way to get that physical activity i needed! Thanks a bunch!!!

I'm in great shape but can only do a handful of these. Being 6'5 makes it a lot harder on my knees to do these with perfect form.
