One-Minute Bikini-Body Challenge: Lying Overhead Reach – POPSUGAR Fitness

Banish bra fat and tone your upper back with the lying overhead reach. It’s one of our favorite moves for this hard-to-tone trouble zone. And to make the exercise more fun, we’ve turned it into a 60-second challenge. We want to know how many reps you can do — safely and effectively! — in one minute. Press play to start the timer.

Do you have any at-home basic workout advice for newbies? I wanna start stuff like jogging, working on my stomach, arms, legs, my butt, etc. Just to start a routine? I heard you shouldnt work on the same muscle everyday or something. I'm a really thin girl and I want to be more in shape 🙂 any advice Anna? (Also, I failed at the bikini-body challenge)
