Can someone explain what they were doing? What I mean is they call it hypertrophy training and that they had to do because of time constraints what does that exactly mean what did they do different compared to a normal training day

Amazing video as usual, but why would you train OHP before the bench press? Won’t that fatigue your delts when it comes to the bench press? Maybe the pecs won’t get a proper workout due to the delts being pre exhausted? Just a curious question from a curious guy
