went from 70kgs to 104 kgs in 5 yrs of training and body fat change from 21% to 15.5% biceps grew frm 11" to 19" takes a long time a lottttt of hard work…appreciate your effort…now a days cutting down and am around 102 18.5" biceps doing cmpt prep
Those are some big 17" arms, Nick. You have plenty of real estate between the bicep and the tricep sweep. That, plus your arms being as wide or wider than your face, give that illusion of being bigger. It's that genetic arm/face ratio. Some are born luckier than others. Check out big guys at the gym that have large heads: they might be bigger than you, but look smaller, because their head/face overpower their arms.
I'm 5'8" and weight between 165 and 170 depending on the day, moon conditions and alignment of the stars. My arms are shaped like yours, only 16" flexed and a puny 12" relaxed, but due to my small face and narrow head, people at the gym do not see me as a scrawny dude. They think I'm crazy when I complain of being small. One big dude was, "What more muscle do you want, man? You look like a G.I. Joe." 😁 Too bad the arm/face ratio illusion only tricks other people, not myself.
That right where mine are. I'm 171lbs at 5'9" on the dot. I like telling people I'm exactly 69" in height. Just to hate. My bi's are just a little smaller. But I've got some decent muscle bellies there. I can get everything to come in pretty well. Cept quads. Can't get them to grow for nothing. Lol!
I had 16.5" at 200 lbs and a little over 5'11" back in my twenties no modern supplements and no steroids. Was fun for awhile but to maintain a full time job and the four day split routine plus night school plus a life eventually causes some compromise in a weekly routine. Today memory muscle does enable me to maintain reasonable shape with normal physical activity.
I'm 18 and my biceps/ upper arms measurement is 15.6 I was just lifting for a year and 4 months only. Can you please uploaded 5 minutes effective arms work out.
My arms are 16.75 inches. Im 5'5 173 lbs. People ask me about how much I lift all the time so even at a relatively small size you can still get positive feedback with the right proportions
Am I the only who noticed the measuring tape raised up from his arm ? That distance would create a higher measurement so that measurement is not accurate
You looked better in the second picture. Not fat and not super skinny like the contest photo. I know it was for a bodybuilding contest so I know why you did it but if you were to walk around all the time like the second photo there’s no shame in that.
How many years of training did it take you to get that? I'm 5'10.5" and current arm size is 15". Been training for 5 years. If that's as big as I can get naturally then it's time to do roids.
I finally got back into working out, though I work in the trades, a carpenter I rarely hit a gym. I'm 44 5'9" 155lbs , 6pack , 29in waist, 41in chest, 14in biceps, 22q 15c so at my age/stature I think I'm doin ok

I'm couple of pounds heavier than you and have 16/5 inch biceps. So you are arm dominant haha
I’m at 17s at 165 lean
Very good! That was a cold measurement too. Arms are usually half inch to an inch bigger while working out. Good job.
Link me that tape measure please.

Myne is 18.1 and I don't even lift lol
Am I the only who noticed the measuring tape raised up from his arm ? That distance would create a higher measurement so that measurement is not accurate
Respect for your total commitment to body building
Might be a stupid question but what's the name of that measure device? I have not the slightest clue where to find smth like that.
Good for you, my friend. 17" arms is Way above average ( average for men is around 13") and you look like your'e carrying little body fat!
17" is quite good for 175 lbs.
Your arms look good. How strong are you ? Can you bend a 100 kg power twister?
17.5“ and 49 years old… Not bad for a grandpa!
I'm also currently 175 pounds 17 inch biceps but I'm 5'5 😢😂
My biceps are still good even when I'm not on a bulk.
I got 18s at 16 years old, I’m 20 now and they are the same😂 because I stopped working out seriously.
