Love this video! And knowing it’s okay to have slip ups💕my top tip to stay on track is to plan my meals for the week and prep a few days worth of meals on a Sunday! It always works for me 💪🏼

Thank you for this. I just finished up my Les Mills COMBAT training, and was thinking of starting TIU again on Monday. That you're focusing on fun rather than JUST fitness is a bit scary… but also totally refreshing! Haven't had a cookie in over 7 years! 😂

One thing I have found with going to family dinners / friend dinners is to offer to bring something. And make something healthy that I can bring to the dinner and have. Often times those meals are filled with things I don’t want or shouldn’t eat and it helps me to bring dishes that I can eat and often times my family ends up loving them as well!

I just had surgery less than 2 weeks ago & cannot work out for 6 weeks, but I am now so inspired to start working out again! So sad I can't commit to the workouts, but hopefully following the TIU Nutrition Plan will be a good base to workout after the New Year.
