Hey ladies, I have a few questions. I've been doing the bikini strap workout, but I'm wondering if alternating between that and another workout of yours (I'm doing about three a week) to avoid boredom would be bad because I wouldn't be giving repeated attention to the same muscles? Could you recommend a workout that complements the bikini strap one? Also, as a newly vegetarian person who can't really have dairy or rich foods, what would you recommend as easy sources of protein? Thank you!

I purchased the nutrition plan about a year ago, but had to delete my email associated with the plan due to spam mail I was getting. Is there any way I can transfer my emails and updates of the plan to a new email address? I tried to contact TIU through their contact form but never got a response back…I would hate to buy the plan all over again =(

I love your girls videos! :] only I'm about 20 pounds under weight :/ Could you guys do a video about how someone can gain a healthy weight and stay become/stay lean? It would be very helpful. Also if you two are ever i Temecula , Ca, check out the Earth Bistro for lunch. They are 100% organic with vegan and non vegan options. Their vegan pizza is amazing! :]

i must admit i admire you, cause of your workout motivation ….and i can only say WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW about your body shape. About that and i would really like to know – did you got that shape only with working out this exercises and with the nutrition plan, or you were working out in the JYM aswell????????

Hi karena and katrina, i was wondering.. Im 13 and im not happy with my weight. I do dancing but dont eat very healthily. i wanna eat healthy and do more exercise but dont have the money to go on your nutrition plan atm. What do i do?

Hi (im aware im not karena or katrina buuut) I'm also young (not as young as you 😛 19) and don't have the money to go on the nutrition plan but I follow all of k&ks work outs that they post up here and use all of their diet tips they give out, i also check their website which has content that's viewable to everyone. It's a great way to still feel involved without having to pay.

Crazy clip. Very good film. My pal was formerly an obese bloke. He converted his body from 283lbs of fat to 216lbs of massive lean muscle mass. I could not believe it! I just subscribed personally because I'm hoping to get heftier muscles. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…
