Great info, without the normal dogma that can be seen in the low carb high fat community. Keeps sanity about fitting it into your lifestyle. I can see that this would be helpful if you need more calories. Is also very helpful for the average person who wants to lose weight, particularly if they experience diabetes ii, pre diabetes or a tendency to hypoglycemia. Focusing less on the added fats (oils, butter etc) and more on whole food fat sourced as you say eggs, steak etc and much more on the low carb fruits and vegetables (and dark chocolate 😀) you mentioned got me off the blood sugar roller coaster. I no longer crave food or suffer the hangrys if I haven't eaten for 3 hours. I've not eaten for 36 hrs once (I was curious how long I could go before the hypoglycemia kicked in) and not killed anyone, that's a miracle. Food tastes great and is satisfying. It makes it almost effortless to lose weight, almost!

Lex my man i need your help ^^ my right shoulder sticks out more in from that my left and that makes it hurt when i train chest, do u know any exercises to roll the right shoulder more back? I know you did a video on posture and that work for me, but it's like the right need more attention so if you have any knowledge i can use please share it with me!!

Macadamia Nuts are hands down the best nuts for low carb and the taste fantastic.
I know you were advocating for pickles mainly for the flavor, but I always used them more because sodium is very important on a lower carb diet

Hey lex been thinking about this “keto” type diet for a while now as it is supposed to help shed a lot of fat. My question is how do you calculate how much protein fat carb you need for your goals/weight? As the usual macro calculators are more like a 40/40/20 etc?

watched this video and attempting to implement the intermittent fasting into lifestyle. things looking good but I have an issue with my gym routine. I can only do my workout at 7am every morning due to work and family commitments. atm I'm waking and having a little juice/ water and then working out and not much thereafter. I find it difficult getting through my entire workout and fear post workout muscle fatigue (i think that's what it is).
any suggestions
